At Lines and Current, we want you to love your minimalist essentials; if your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or store credit.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your jewelry or accessories in their original branded boxes and secure them in a protective shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
